HEADING TO SUPREME COURT. - First elected in 2014, Greg Casar won his run-off election for District 4 with 64.6% of the vote — yet his opponent filed a lawsuit to overturn the election.  Although she publicly stated that Greg did nothing wrong, Pressley sued him under the Election Code, and Greg was forced to shoulder the burden of defending the entire election system of Travis County and the City of Austin.

Believe it or not, Pressley is still fighting the case. This month the Texas Supreme Court asked Greg’s legal team to provide a full briefing on the case.

Greg has a great legal team, but the case has been very expensive and difficult, costing over $100,000 to date.  Please help Greg by joining us for this fundraising event to help cover his legal expenses.

Pol. adv. paid by Greg Casar Legal Defense Fund. This fund is created under the authority of Article III, Section 8(H) Austin City Charter.
