My name is Daphne Tenorio.  I am running to be your new Hays County Tax Assessor Collector.  My decision to run for this office is driven by my passion to serve every citizen in Hays County in an equitable, transparent, and efficient manner.  I believe the Tax Assessor-Collector, as well as being a good administrator, should serve as a taxpayer advocate and educate the public on how the taxing process works. 

Ultimately, I am driven by a desire to do the work of the people.
