Jimmy for AISD Board of Trustees - District 7
My name is Jimmy Counihan, and I'm running to represent the community that raised me on the Austin ISD School Board.
I'm a third-generation AISD graduate and a proud product of District 7, having attended Mills Elementary, Gorzycki Middle School, and Bowie High School. As a former federal funds analyst at the Legislative Budget Board and current legislative staffer for Rep. Donna Howard, I have the necessary state policy experience and relationships to fight a state takeover.
