My name is Ashika Ganguly I grew up in Austin, I'm a former educator, and a fierce advocate for our community.
I was born and raised in West Austin to immigrant parents who taught me the value of hard work, public service, and community.
I taught for years in an AISD elementary school after being called for service – but year after year I saw my students and their families deal with the same issues every day — affordability, child care, transportation challenges, and so much more.
District 10 deserves a city council member who will work tirelessly to solve the issues our community faces every day. As a Legislative Director in the Texas House, I have spent my time outside of the classroom fighting against extremism and for common sense policies that help Texans.
Please support my campaign for Austin City Council and together, we will craft real solutions to the challenges affecting families across our great city.

- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
