Don't Poison Texas

Thank you for your consideration in donating to Don't Poison Texas. We oppose Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller’s program to flood Texas lands with rat poison for use on feral hogs. It’s a terrible idea that will damage Texas hunters, the entire feral-hog meat industry, Texas ranchers, the Texas economy, and Texas wildlife. No one wants to eat a hog killed with rat poison, and no one should have to. If this program is implemented, it will hurt feral-hog control, not help it. We’ll end up with more feral hogs in Texas, instead of less.
