Adam Swartz is a homegrown, authentic, experienced candidate for Dallas County Justice of the Peace, Precinct 3, Place 1.

Growing up in Section 8 housing, Adam learned early on that money and success weren’t necessarily synonymous. He figured out a way to make it through undergrad and law school and has carved a niche in consumer protection law, landlord/tenant disputes, and traffic ticket defense.

Awarded the Super Lawyer Rising Star award every year since 2017, Adam has spent nearly a decade in Dallas County courts as an advocate, on the people's side instead of on their backs.

A single father of an amazing 11-year old daughter, Adam is dedicated to making sure the Justice of the Peace in Dallas County is truly a People's Court, in both spirit and deeds.
