I’m Jenny McDonald, a dedicated public servant and community volunteer with more than 10 years of experience in local government. Throughout my career I’ve worked in legal services, public affairs, constituent services, economic development, and project management.

I believe strong communities are built from the ground up through service, collaboration, robust engagement, and respectful conversation. As a candidate for Winchester City Council Ward 2, I am focused on bringing people together and working toward both innovative and practical solutions that make a positive difference in residents’ everyday lives while promoting a culture of prosperity that enables families, neighborhoods, and small businesses to thrive.
