Education and health care advocate, small business owner ready to lead

 Angelique Bartholomew is a powerful advocate for education, healthcare. She is a leading voice for entrepreneurs like herself. She understands that economic security and opportunity are fundamental for healthy, safe families and communities. 

Bartholomew has lead:

• Angels of Education benefiting the Fort Bend Education Foundation.
• Dialogue Houston TV HCC discussing issues around affordable healthcare and its impact.
• DAWN Center Diabetes Awareness Wellness Network Collaboration, a network of physicians that help with diminishing the impact of diabetes in community.  
• And worked with Houston Police Department as a Community Mediator  

Bartholomew grew up in Alabama and comes from a family of preachers and Civil Rights advocates, she graduated from Fisk University and Miles Law School. She is Director of Compliance at a private medical firm and Lawyer.  She lives in Missouri City, TX where she has volunteered with the Houston Police Department as Community Mediator.
