Laura Deel for Murphy City Council Place 5

Laura has lived in Murphy for 8.5 years.  While currently a stay at home mom, her previous career was in software development and program management with Cisco Systems.  She brings 15+ years experience in managing employees, running programs, and overseeing budgets.  She served on the Murphy Board of Adjustment from June 2016 - December 2022, specifically as Vice Chair from February 2018, demonstrating her dedication to serving Murphy.

Laura is committed to providing transparency, ensuring equality and inclusivity, protecting free speech, and championing activities and services for all age groups and citizens of Murphy.
