I was born and raised in Austin. I love this city, and it breaks my heart to see so many families, young folks and low-income communities being pushed out by rising costs, poor planning, and missed opportunities. This is particularly true in District 9—the heart of the city. Austin can and should be the model of a successful American city that works for all. 

I am running for City Council because Austin needs:

- Affordability, Accessibility & Equity
- Housing & Community-Based Planning
- Human-Centered Transit & Transportation
- Climate Change Preparation & Resiliency
- Community Health & Safety
