UPDATE ONE (3/6/2017).  I am humbled by everyone's generosity, and I am just overwhelmed to have reached GOAL ONE in one day! I am ready to hit the ground running.  I have increased my goal amount to GOAL TWO, and I have added a few items to my WOW GOAL, just in case you're wondering what I plan to do beyond that.

ORIGINAL POST (3/5/2017). The election for the Katy City Council is a small municipal campaign, and I very much appreciate your support.  I believe in full disclosure in how I plan to use the money raised.  Below are my fundraising goals and what they will provide.  Some of these are high estimates; some of these are low estimates – I will do my best to save whenever possible.

Getting Started Goal – $400 – the bare bone budget. Reached!

Online

- Website (domain + full site) ($8 per month x 12 – annual payment required).  $96

Field (Getting Out the Vote & voter Awareness)

- Texas VAN (Voter Activation Network). $150.

- Name bags.  $25

 General Costs

- Office Costs – including stationary & bank fees.  $50

- Yard Signs (Vendor – Vistaprint) (18 x 27 signs @ $16 each) + (yard stand @ $3) (minimum 20 order).  $380.

- Walk Cards (non-mailed postcard) ($0.38 x 600) = $228 + sales tax.

Goal Two – $1500 – which will add the following:
