Therefore, S Corps are not permitted, but entities such as LLPs and PCs, etc., are permitted. General partnerships and LLCs may also make contributions provided they do not contain any corporate members.
State law requires the Lulu Flores Campaign to use its best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of individuals whose contributions equal or exceed $500 per reporting period. Corporate contributions are prohibited by state law and cannot be accepted. There are no dollar limits on the amount of contribution. Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.
