Contribution rules

• The individual donation limit is $450 per election cycle.
• Couples can donate up to $900 combined ($450 each).
• You must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (green card holder) and at least 18 years old.
• Use only your personal credit card for donations, not business cards or cards belonging to others.
• Donate only your own money. Do not use funds given to you by others or donate on behalf of a company.
• If you or your spouse lobby in Austin, you can give up to $25 to each city candidate.
